Pinnacle Living celebrates 15 years
June 2019 marks the 15th anniversary of Pinnacle Living, the family-owned business behind the Tudor Village retirement community, as well as two other popular and successful Victorian villages – Bellarine Springs in Drysdale, and Yarrbat Place in Balwyn.
It all began for Pinnacle Living back in 2004, when CEO Geoff Reeve, a qualified civil engineer (pictured here with his wife Elissa) set out on a journey to establish a new benchmark in retirement living, centred on a genuine commitment to creating high-quality villages and driving positive outcomes for village residents.
Starting with the acquisition of Tudor Village in Lilydale in 2004, followed by the creation of new villages at Yarrbat Place in Balwyn and Bellarine Springs in Drysdale, Geoff has used his energy and determination to create homes and communities that are widely considered to be second-to-none in quality, presentation and reputation.
When purchased by Pinnacle Living in 2004, Tudor Village had 200 homes, but within five years, Geoff and his team had added a further 56 homes. Continual improvements (including a new community centre in 2015) have since made it the region’s most highly-regarded retirement community. Work is now underway on 48 architect-designed homes so that others may enjoy the best retirement possible.
Opened in 2008, Yarrbat Place is now regarded as one of Melbourne’s most exclusive retirement villages, offering just 42 premium apartments and villas set among tranquil gardens in one of Melbourne’s best streets. Home to a friendly, active community of residents, homes at Yarrbat Place rarely become available, and are in high demand when they do.
Pinnacle Living’s newest village, Bellarine Springs welcomed its first resident in 2016, and has been growing rapidly ever since. Located in the heart of the thriving seaside township of Drysdale, it is a very friendly, active community, with facilities that include a modern MBA-Award-winning community centre set within a picturesque site.
On the 15th anniversary of Pinnacle Living, Geoff and his wife Elissa say they are proud of each village they’ve created and continue to manage.
“We are constantly humbled by the strength and support of the communities and the the improved wellness of residents ion our villages,” Geoff said. “The improvement to people’s lives in the village is the source of motivation to all that we do, and we’re thrilled to have achieved
a milestone of 15 years helping that come about.”
